GCSE Final Exam Sprint — Specific Terms

The GCSE Final Exam Sprint is a fixed-term, one-time payment programme distinct from our standard Academy subscriptions. The following terms apply:

  1. One-time payment. The £500 fee is a single, non-recurring payment. It is not a subscription and will not auto-renew.

  2. Fixed access period. Access to the programme runs from the start date through to 15 June. Access terminates automatically on this date, and no extensions or rollovers are provided.

  3. Non-refundable. The £500 fee is non-refundable in part or in full, under any circumstances, regardless of attendance, engagement, completion, exam outcomes, or any other factor. By enrolling, the parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts that no refund will be issued. Neither the 7-day satisfaction guarantee nor the 90-Day Commitment Guarantee that apply to other LTT Academy programmes are applicable to this Sprint.

  4. No grade guarantee. Lote Tree Tuition makes no guarantee of specific grades or outcomes.

  5. Recordings. Session recordings are available for personal use only and remain accessible until 15 June. After this date, access to recordings ends with no exceptions.

  6. Non-transferable. The Sprint enrolment is for a single named student and cannot be transferred to another student or another LTT programme.

We believe this timeframe provides a reasonable opportunity to assess and experience the benefits of our service.

  • Please note that the refund will be limited to any fees paid for the first 7 days of tuition.

  • The GCSE Final Exam Sprint is excluded from this guarantee — see GCSE Final Exam Sprint — Specific Terms.

We value your trust in Lote Tree Tuition and strive to address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to continuously improving our offerings to meet your educational needs. We appreciate your feedback and welcome any suggestions or concerns you may have.

LTT Academy – 90-Day Commitment Guarantee

We offer a 90-Day Commitment Guarantee for students enrolled in the LTT Academy GCSE Programme. It is designed for families who are willing to fully commit to the system — because the system only works with full participation.

What this guarantee covers: This is a guarantee that a fully committed student will progress through the LTT GCSE programme content over the 90-day period. It is not a grade guarantee, a mock result guarantee, or a guarantee of any specific external outcome. It is our commitment that the system delivers when it is followed.

📌 To be eligible for a full refund, the student and parent must meet ALL of the following:

  1. Student Enrolment Form completed on Day 1 of enrolment. The form must be submitted in full within 24 hours of the enrolment date. Failure to submit voids the guarantee.

  2. Attend 100% of weekly live sessions (12 out of 12 in the 90-day period). Missed sessions must be pre-notified in writing at least 24 hours in advance AND the recording must be watched within 48 hours, with timestamped notes submitted on Skool.

  3. Attend all scheduled drop-in support sessions provided during the 90-day period.

  4. Complete and submit 100% of assigned homework via the Skool platform, posted correctly under the relevant homework post for each assignment. Homework assigned after the student's enrolment date must be submitted on time — i.e. before the live session it is due ahead of. Where a student joins mid-programme, all prior homework covering content taught before their enrolment must be caught up and submitted before the end of the 90-day period. Submissions must meet a minimum quality standard: blank, one-line, or clearly incomplete submissions do not count. Homework posted in the wrong thread does not count.

  5. Post completed past paper question sets in the designated "Past Paper Practice 💪" thread for every topic covered since enrolment, with full working shown.

  6. Camera on and active participation in every live session, demonstrated through consistent engagement (monitored via chat logs, Zoom attendance data, and tutor feedback).

  7. Implement all tutor-issued action steps within the timeframe given, evidenced on Skool.

  8. Concerns must be raised in writing within 14 days of them arising, giving LTT a reasonable opportunity to address them before the 90 days ends. Refunds will not be granted where concerns were withheld until the end of the period.

🚨 Guarantee Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply where:

  • The programme has been formally identified as unsuitable for the student's individual learning needs during the suitability review at enrolment.

  • The student unenrols, pauses, or leaves the programme before the end of the 90-day period.

  • The student or parent has previously exercised this guarantee (see Re-Enrolment Clause).

  • Any of the participation requirements above have not been met in full.

🔄 Re-Enrolment Clause

Students who have previously exercised this guarantee and received a refund may not re-enrol into the programme unless the previously refunded amount is repaid in full, in addition to standard enrolment fees at the time of re-enrolment. The guarantee is one-time-use only and does not reset on re-enrolment.

⏳ Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days after the 90-day period ends. The request must include the student's full name, date of enrolment, and documentary evidence that every criterion above has been met. The burden of proof sits with the claimant. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days if approved.

🎯 Decision Authority

All refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of LTT Academy. Progress is defined as demonstrable progression through the LTT GCSE programme content, assessed by comparing the student's lesson performance, engagement, and content mastery at the start of the 90-day period against the end of the period. This assessment is conducted by LTT tutors using lesson records, tutor observations, homework and past paper submissions, and Zoom participation data. LTT reserves the right to audit all such records as part of any refund decision. The judgment of LTT tutors on progression is final.

Failure to meet any participation requirement above renders the guarantee null and void.
